Singin’ In The Rain - Moses Supposes

The tap dancing is amazing. I always watch this with a giant smile on my face. I love the humour they’ve added into it, with the kick at the dialect coach and playing with the curtains. I am simply in awe of these men and it makes me want to take tap lessons.

You’ve Got Mail - Ending Scene.

DO NOT WATCH IF YOU’VE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE. Instead go and watch it. This scene makes me cry every time. The whole film has been building to this, and crafty Tom Hanks has been making friends and then bam! what we’ve been waiting for. I’m not usually like this with Romcoms but there is something special about this one. I adore it.

    The Fall - Trailer

I’ve put the trailer up because there are limited scenes on youtube and also the whole film is my favourite. Perhaps the most beautiful films I’ve ever seen. It is magical and haunting at the same time. I adore the relationship between the two leads. I’ve shown this film to a handful of friends/family and everyone has been astounded. Simply amazing. one of the films that reminds me why I love them so much.

First Wives Club -  You Don’t Own Me.

I can’t remember the first time I saw this, I’ve basically grown up with it. The is the ending and the fact that they are so happy and all together after everything they’ve been through. They’re completely free. It inspires me to do something with my life. And it sends a good message :)

Robin Hood: Men In Tights - Men In Tights Song

There isn’t really a scene rather the whole film. another one I’ve practically grown up with, as I got older I understood more of the jokes and still laugh every time. It;s completely silly but it’s nice to have some of that. Anyone who doesn’t laugh at this film should go and find a funny bone.

The Emperor’s New Groove - Bring It On

A completely different Disney film but one of my faves. It’s so funny in a sarcastic, mocking way. I love Kuzko and his facial expressions. A film I regularly quote (though not many people know it) a film more for the young adults then the children. Totally works!

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - Meet Harry

Oh god. I cannot even sum up my love for this film. Cleverly written, hilariously funny and a brilliant narrative and characters. The fact that it has all the chapters, voiceovers etc is perfection in my eyes. I especially love this opening because the film is set at christmas and I always forget until I start watching. I love the music in this part :D

Ferris Bueller’s Day Off - Twist And Shout.

I remember the first time I watched this on DVD I ended up just rewinding and watching it again for at least an hour. It’s such a happy song and I love all the people dancing. An obvious one I think :)

    Zoolander - Foamy Latte

Will Ferrel makes his film. Every scene he is in is brilliant. Not much to say for this film seeing as it’s so popular. One of the films that I know practically every word to. Yup.

The Boat That Rocked - Opening scene

I first saw this film in the cinema. I was stressed out and depressed, watching this lifted my spirits, it made me feel like I was that little boy secretly listening to The Count’s preaches. The song choice is perfection and a brilliant way to begin a film. The ending is equally as wonderful. It was exactly what I needed when I was low.
